Paranet Solutions, LLC Acquires Digital Reach, Inc.™

Provides additional capability for Paranet and greater resources for Digital Reach™.

Dallas, TX – October 26, 2008 – Paranet Solutions, LLC, (www.paranet.com) a leading global provider of services and solutions for information security and storage, telecom, knowledge management and business process improvement, and strategic staffing resources, announced today that it has acquired Digital Reach™, Inc based in Plano, Texas. This is the third acquisition for Paranet Solutions this year. The other two companies acquired were Knowledge Tranzfer™ (www.knowledgetranzfer.com) and Abacus Technology™ (www.abacustech.com).

Digital Reach™, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, is now part of the growing Paranet family of companies. The company delivers enterprise-quality, scalable information technology solutions that are backed by a state-of-the-art network operations center. The principals of Digital Reach’s delivery model focuses on proactive IT support, remote management, automation, centralization, and monitoring to allow for substantial productivity increases. Digital Reach™ offerings include: Proactive Managed IT Services, Professional Services, and Fractional IT Outsourcing. The Digital Reach suite of services is complementary to the existing Paranet service offerings and together can provide client's a comprehensive outsourced IT solution.

Digital Reach™ will relocate to the Paranet Solutions corporate headquarters on Spring Valley Road at the Tollway in Dallas.
