As chief executive officer, Erik Akopiantz oversees business development, business planning and process, operational systems, and financial operations. Prior to co-founding Digital Reach, he was director of corporate development and later, director of finance for Sabre Holdings where he represented $1.5 billion in revenue. Akopiantz formerly served the executive committee of a private equity firm as consultant for three global companies with combined revenue of $65 million.
Akopiantz brings a combination of entrepreneurial, operational, strategic, and transaction experience that uniquely qualify him to lead a customer focused organization. From Fortune 500 organizations to start-ups, he has gained exposure to diverse industries, venture capital funding, rapid-growth enterprises, and a multinational publicly traded company. In all settings, he achieved success through focused leadership.
Akopiantz holds an MBA in Finance from Rice University, the Jesse H. Jones School of Administration. He was honored as a Jones Scholar, recognized as one of the top students in the graduating class, and is the recipient of a Jones Graduate School Alumni Scholarship.
Kris Lamberth
President, Chief Technology Officer

In his capacity as president and chief technology officer, Kris Lamberth is responsible for the technological vision and strategy, network management strategy, and corporate relationship with Microsoft and other partners. He manages a professional staff of Microsoft Certified Tier II/Tier III network and help desk engineers. With a decade of experience each, they are responsible for network evaluations and findings to ensure thorough, rapid, and proactive client support.
Before co-founding Digital Reach, Lamberth spent fifteen years in increasingly responsible positions designing, building, and managing networks. Along the way, he developed expertise in the design and implementation of scalable and automated enterprise-quality solutions. In addition he specializes in equipping state-of-the-art data centers, identifying unrecognized security vulnerabilities, and designing security infrastructure plans to minimize that risk.
